At Mighty Strides Behavior Solution, we are committed to helping children achieve their full potential. What is ABA? 

​Behavior analysis is the scientific study of behavior. The underlying philosophy of behavior analysis is behaviorism; the idea that a science of behavior, and therefore behavior change, is possible (Baum).

 

Through direct observation of behavior and manipulation of the environment, behavior can be changed. Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is the application of the principles of behavior analysis with the goal of changing socially significant behaviors.- Baer, Wolf & Risley, 1968
